Les couper en quatre et retirer le noyau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peser alors les fruits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le sucre et l&#8217;eau dans la bassine. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition jusqu&#8217;au petit boul\u00e9 (voir lexique)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter alors les fruits. Remuer d\u00e9licatement, pendant tout le temps de la cuisson, avec l&#8217;\u00e9cumoire sans \u00e9craser les fruits.(environ 20 minutes)<br>Il ne faut pas que la confiture attache au fond de la bassine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer les fruits en les \u00e9gouttant \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de l&#8217;\u00e9cumoire.
