Faites mac\u00e9rer les fruits et le sucre dans une terrine<br>Ajoutez le zeste de l&#8217;orange et la gousse de vanille fendue. Laissez reposer 12 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez dans la bassine. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et maintenez-la doucement pendant 40 minutes environ.
