Laissez cuire le sirop pendant 20 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Il ne doit pas colorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les pommes et comptez 45 minutes en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez en pots et fermez imm\u00e9diatement en les retournant.
