Faites-les bouillir pendant une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez un sirop avec 2 litres d\u2019eau, le sucre, les zestes du citron, le gingembre et la muscade et faites-le cuire 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les patates et ajoutez-les au sirop.
