La peau doit s&#8217;\u00f4ter facilement sinon elles ne sont pas assez blanchies.<br>Passez les ch\u00e2taignes au presse pur\u00e9e pour en faire une pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pesez la pr\u00e9paration obtenue.<br>Faites ensuite une sirop avec 750g de sucre et 180 ml d&#8217;eau par kg de fruits obtenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la pur\u00e9e de ch\u00e2taignes dans le sirop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fendez la gousse de vanille et ajoutez la \u00e9galement.<br>Laissez cuire 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>Mettez en pots et refermez les.
