{"id":6239,"date":"2022-04-12T15:19:28","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T13:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=6239"},"modified":"2022-04-12T15:19:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T13:19:29","slug":"brochettes-au-boeuf-marine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/12\/brochettes-au-boeuf-marine\/","title":{"rendered":"Brochettes au boeuf marin\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Moana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 30 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 10 minutes<br>Temps de marinage: 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>:<br>500 g de rumsteak (ou faux-filet)<br>2 oignons<br>150 g de champignons<br>1 beau poivron<br>1 verre d&#8217;huile<br>Thym, laurier, sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>:<br>Versez l&#8217;huile dans un plat creux, salez, poivrez au moulin, \u00e9miettez un peu de thym et de laurier et mettez-y les morceaux de viande coup\u00e9s en gros cubes.<br>M\u00e9langez et laissez mariner environ 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez les oignons et coupez les en quatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez le poivron, fendez-le en deux, \u00f4tez la queue et les p\u00e9pins et d\u00e9taillez chaque demi-poivron en carr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otez le pied sableux des champignons pour ne conserver que les t\u00eates, lavez-les \u00e0 l&#8217;eau courante et s\u00e9chez-les sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez tous ces l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la viande et m\u00e9langez pour les imbiber d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez les brochettes en enfilant alternativement la viande et les l\u00e9gumes et placez sur la grille du barbecue de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes en fonction que l&#8217;on d\u00e9sire la viande plus ou moins cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez aussit\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage<\/strong>:<br>De l&#8217;oignon cru, \u00e9minc\u00e9 finement, une salade simple ou compos\u00e9e, une ratatouille froide ou du riz chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breuvage<\/strong>:<br>C\u00f4tes de Blayes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>:<br>Voil\u00e0 bient\u00f4t la saison des barbecues.
