D\u00e9talliez le en ne conservant que la pulpe.<br>(\u00f4tez l&#8217;\u00e9corce et la partie centrale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la bassine \u00e0 confiture faites un sirop \u00e9pais.
