Travaillez les \u00e9l\u00e9ments jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e.<br>La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre souple et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un rouleau, \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie abaissez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 5mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<br>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce de 5 cm, d\u00e9coupez 24 pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les sabl\u00e9s sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.
