D\u00e9layez 20 g de levure dans 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait ti\u00e8de.<br>Laissez reposer 15 minutes au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier m\u00e9langez la farine, le sel, 100 g de sucre en poudre et 100 g de beurre en petits morceaux.<br>M\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te sableuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le levain. Ajoutez 25 cl de lait. P\u00e9trissez pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<br>Formez une boule. Laissez reposer 2 heures au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rompez la p\u00e2te et \u00e9talez la. Donnez lui la forme d&#8217;un grand rectangle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parsemez une moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te avec la cassonade, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle et les raisins.<br>Recouvrez avec l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9 de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie farin\u00e9 \u00e9talez un peu le rectangle. Aplatissez les bords pour les souder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coupez le rectangle de p\u00e2te en 4 parts. D\u00e9taillez chacun d&#8217;eux en 8 b\u00e2tonnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210 C (th 7).<br>Beurrez deux plaques allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenez chaque b\u00e2tonnet et formez un n\u0153ud avec. M\u00e9langez le reste de sucre et de cannelle.<br>Roulez les b\u00e2tonnets dedans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez les sur les plaques.
