Mettez au milieu le beurre ramolli, le sucre, le zeste du citron, l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger, les \u0153ufs et l&#8217;eau. P\u00e9trissez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farinez le plan de travail et roulez la p\u00e2te en forme de boudins. D\u00e9taillez-les en navettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez une plaque de cuisson et d\u00e9posez dessus les navettes.<br>Laissez reposer 120 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 C (th-7).
