Ajouter le sucre cristallis\u00e9 en l&#8217;incorporant aussi d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une poche \u00e0 douille (ou sinon avec une grosse cuill\u00e8re), former des meringues sur une plaque \u00e0 four sur laquelle aura \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e du papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 four \u00e0 110 \u00b0C (th 3-4) pendant 10 minutes, puis baisser le four \u00e0 90\u00b0C (th-3) et laisser cuire environ 1 h 45 minutes.<br>Laissez refroidir sans ouvrir le four.<br>Les meringues doivent ressortir s\u00e8ches et dor\u00e9es au dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><br>J&#8217;ai test\u00e9 cette recette.
