Passez les \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide et s\u00e9chez les.<br>Passez les au mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme. Dans une jatte m\u00e9langez la poudre d&#8217;amande, le sucre et les zestes de citron.
