Ajouter le reste du lait ti\u00e9di et 20g de beurre fondu puis le reste des ingr\u00e9dients secs.<br>M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9trir un bon quart d\u2019heure et couvrir avec un torchon.<br>Laisser reposer de 30 minutes \u00e0 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume, faire une boule.<br>Etaler la p\u00e2te au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pour former un rectangle d\u2019environ 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, 30 cm de largeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonner-la de beurre fondu. Saupoudrer de sucre roux et de cannelle.<br>Rouler la p\u00e2te sans trop serrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9couper-la en tranches. Etaler sur une plaque et laisser reposer 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dorer \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uf.
