D\u00e9posez les dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole mettez la cr\u00e8me liquide. Ajoutez 25 g de beurre, le sucre en poudre, et le miel.<br>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 1 \u00e0 2 minutes en remuant constamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez le m\u00e9lange dans le saladier contenant les fruits confits et les noix de cajou<br>M\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement \u00e0 la spatule en bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante puis au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au minimum 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0 C (th 7). Beurrez une plaque allant au four.<br>R\u00e9partissez dessus la p\u00e2te avec une cuill\u00e8re en formant 8 \u00e0 12 petits tas.<br>Enfournez 10 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9collez les florentins \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule m\u00e9tallique. Retournez les sur une grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte mettez le chocolat noir et le restant du beurre.
