{"id":6146,"date":"2022-04-12T13:27:28","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T11:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=6146"},"modified":"2022-04-12T13:27:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T11:27:29","slug":"cookies-facon-sylvie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/12\/cookies-facon-sylvie\/","title":{"rendered":"Cookies fa\u00e7on Sylvie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Sylvie AUTUN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 20<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 10 minutes<br>Temps de repos: 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br>200 g de cassonade (sucre roux)<br>150 g de sucre blanc<br>2 \u0153ufs<br>200 g de beurre<br>450 g de farine<br>1 sachet de levure chimique<br>200 g de chocolat cass\u00e9 en petits morceaux,<br>1 sachet de pralin\u00e9 ou d&#8217;amandes cass\u00e9es en petits grains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>M\u00e9langer les 2 sucres et les \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le beurre fondu puis la farine et la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malaxer avec les doigts et rajouter le chocolat cass\u00e9 en petits morceaux, les amandes (on peut aussi rajouter des raisins secs, noix, noix de p\u00e9kan, noisettes, fruits confits \u2026.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer pendant 1\/4 h au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire des petites boules de p\u00e2te dans le creux de la main (de la taille d&#8217;une balle de ping-pong) les aplatir en les posant sur la plaque de cuisson du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0 C th6.
