Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez la pr\u00e9paration sur feu doux pour les faire brunir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la consistance souhait\u00e9e, versez sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e.<br>Aplatissez \u00e0 la spatule.
