Ajoutez l&#8217;\u0153uf et l&#8217;extrait d&#8217;amande.<br>Battez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange onctueux. Incorporez alors la farine et la levure chimique puis le sel.<br>M\u00e9langez le tout de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divisez la p\u00e2te en 4 parts. Travaillez les p\u00e2tons pour leur donner \u00e0 chacun la forme d&#8217;un rouleau d&#8217;environ 30 cm de long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez deux rouleaux par plaque en les espa\u00e7ant. Aplatissez-les, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils aient environ 7 cm de large. Badigeonnez avec le lait puis saupoudrez-les d&#8217;amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 15 minutes environ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortez les plaques du four et d\u00e9coupez les biscuits en tranches de 2,5 cm tant que la p\u00e2te est encore chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9alisez le nappage aux amandes en m\u00e9langeant dans un bol le sucre glace, l&#8217;extrait d&#8217;amande et le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre lisse.
