M\u00e9langez du bout des doigts afin d&#8217;obtenir une sorte de sable<br>Creusez un puits au centre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez au fouet \u00e9lectrique l&#8217;\u0153uf et le miel liquide. Ajoutez la cassonade et m\u00e9langez bien<br>Versez l&#8217;ensemble dans le puits. M\u00e9langez vivement du bout des doigts jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te de ne doit pas craqueler et se d\u00e9tacher du bout des doigts. Enveloppez la p\u00e2te d&#8217;un film alimentaire<br>Mettez la \u00e0 reposer 1 \u00e0 2 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortez votre p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0 C (th 6\/7)<br>Beurrez la plaque allant au four<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farinez votre plan de travail . \u00c9talez y la p\u00e2te jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 2 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formez des rondelles \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un emporte pi\u00e8ce cannel\u00e9<br>D\u00e9posez au fur et \u00e0 mesure vos sabl\u00e9s sur la plaque du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 15 minutes.
