Faite cuire 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passez les au presse pur\u00e9e fin. Remettez la pur\u00e9e dans la casserole sur feu vif afin de dess\u00e9cher la pur\u00e9e. Il faut la tourner en permanence. Ajoutez du lait tr\u00e8s chaud pour obtenir la consistance voulue.<br>Beurrez \u00e0 convenance pour l&#8217;onctuosit\u00e9.
