Pelez et r\u00e2pez le gingembre<br>\u00c9pluchez les patates puis coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faites chauffer le beurre et l\u2019huile. Versez les patates dans le m\u00e9lange chaud.<br>Faites cuire une dizaine de minutes en remuant pour ne pas laisser br\u00fbler les patates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez l\u2019ail et le gingembre, les herbes de Provence.
