Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et faites r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre dans une sauteuse. Faites y rissoler les navets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez alors le cidre r\u00e9duit, le bouillon de volaille et le bouquet garni.<br>Salez et poivrez.
