Lavez-les et \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez les oignons et \u00e9mincez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un faitout portez de l&#8217;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Plongez y les haricots et faites les cuire 10 minutes.<br>Egouttez-les. Ciselez le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faites revenir les oignons dans le beurre \u00e0 petit feu pour qu&#8217;ils deviennent translucides.<br>Ajoutez les haricots et le persil.<br>Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez 20 cl d&#8217;eau chaude, couvrez et faites cuire 5 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Puis continuez la cuisson \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te.
