{"id":5962,"date":"2022-04-12T07:51:16","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T05:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5962"},"modified":"2022-04-12T07:51:17","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T05:51:17","slug":"haricots-mavromatika-crete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/12\/haricots-mavromatika-crete\/","title":{"rendered":"Haricots mavromatika ( cr\u00e8te)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Jack<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recette cr\u00e9toise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 45 minutes<br>Temps de trempage: 12 heures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>500 g de haricots mavromatika<br>1 tasse \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>2 bouquets de fenouil ou d&#8217;aneth<br>3 tomates<br>2 oignons<br>Sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration:<br>La veille faites tremper les haricots dans de l&#8217;eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jour de la recette \u00e9gouttez-les et mettez-les dans un faitout avec de l&#8217;eau froide.<br>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et \u00e9cumez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant 4-5 minutes.<br>Laissez alors cuire 40 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. \u00c9gouttez les haricots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps pelez et hachez les oignons. Ciselez l&#8217;aneth<br>Mondez les tomates et d\u00e9taillez-les en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir les oignons dans une sauteuse.
