Mettez-les dans un plat creux.<br>Saupoudrez-les de sel fin. Laissez-les rendre leur eau pendant une heure ou deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les tranches d&#8217;aubergines. Essuyez-les et faites-les revenir doucement \u00e0 l&#8217;huile dans une sauteuse couverte. Elles doivent \u00e0 peine dorer et devenir tendres apr\u00e8s 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poivrez-les en fin de cuisson, mais ne les salez surtout pas.
