Pelez et hachez l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez les carottes et l&#8217;ail dans une casserole. Mouillez avec le bouillon.<br>Faites cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez 4 ramequins avec le reste du beurre. Hachez le cerfeuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez les carottes et les oeufs dans le bol du mixeur. Salez et poivrez puis mixez le tout pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutez le cerfeuil et donnez deux impulsions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez l&#8217;appareil dans les ramequins.
