Cuisez les \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 5 minutes. Rafra\u00eechissez les pour stopper la cuisson. Coupez les tomates en deux dans l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur puis creusez les. R\u00e9servez les l\u00e9gumes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le votre \u00e0 180\u00b0 C (th-6).<br>Faites cuire le quinoa 12 minutes dans une casserole d&#8217;eau avec le bouillon cube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites la farce en hachant grossi\u00e8rement les demi-poivrons, les courgettes, l&#8217;ail et les oignon.<br>Faite revenir l&#8217;ensemble \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive sans coloration pendant 10 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hors feu ajoutez le quinoa, le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, les oeufs et le basilic cisel\u00e9.<br>M\u00e9langez le tout, assaisonnez et remplissez en les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les farcis dans un plat allant au four.
