Y cuire les brocolis 5 \u00e0 6 minutes.<br>Les rafra\u00eechir alors. Les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Rajoutez les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me, muscade, sel, et pas mal de poivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez 4 ramequins. Versez la pr\u00e9paration dedans.
