S\u00e9parez les t\u00eates des queues. Lavez et s\u00e9chez les t\u00eates.<br>Hachez les queues finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hachez le jambon. Faites le revenir dans 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile avec le hachis de champignon.<br>Laissez cuire 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mouillez avec le vin blanc et le bouillon. Ajoutez les gousses d&#8217;ail hach\u00e9es, 2 brins de thym, 1 feuille de laurier. Ajoutez les t\u00eates des c\u00e8pes. Salez peu \u00e0 cause du jambon.
