Faites-les blanchir 1 minute \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les pommes puis taillez en lamelles. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir les endives et les oignons dans 2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de beurre.<br>S\u00e9par\u00e9ment faites revenir les lardons et les pommes dans le reste du beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9unissez le tout dans une grande sauteuse.
