Ajoutez les crosnes<br>Frottez les jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient d\u00e9barrass\u00e9s de la pellicule qui les recouvre. Lavez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites bouillir une marmite d&#8217;eau salez la mettez-y les crosnes \u00e0 cuire.<br>\u00c9gouttez ensuite les crosnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre dans un sautoir<br>Jetez les crosnes; laissez-les revenir 10 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Poivrez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps battez le jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf avec la cr\u00e8me salez et poivrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez cette liaison dans le sautoir de cuisson des crosnes.
