Ajoutez les b\u00e2tonnets de concombre.<br>Salez et faites-les revenir \u00e0 feu vif 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Aux premiers bouillons, retirez du feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le persil, la ciboulette, la moutarde. Rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez bien et versez dans un plat.
