Effilez les haricots. Lavez les.<br>Pelez les carottes et les navets. Coupez-les en d\u00e9s. Pelez les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taillez le jambon en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir \u00e0 feu doux les oignons dans une cocotte avec le beurre. Ajoutez les d\u00e9s de jambon, les carottes et les navets. Cuisez 5 minutes ne m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajoutez les petits pois, les haricots verts et le c\u0153ur de laitue. Mouillez de 10 cl d&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de. Salez poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez lentement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrez et baissez le feu.
