N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 peler les pieds trop terreux.<br>\u00c9gouttez les soigneusement. Hachez tr\u00e8s finement les champignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et ciselez les oignons et les \u00e9chalotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une grande casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais faites fondre le beurre.<br>Faites y suer les oignons et les \u00e9chalotes sans coloration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le hachis de champignons. M\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire quelques minutes \u00e0 feu vif en remuant souvent.
