Coupez les en gros cubes de 3 cm.<br>Enduisez-les d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez la plaque du four de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br>Disposez les morceaux de c\u00e9leri dessus. Ajoutez la t\u00eate d&#8217;ail non \u00e9pluch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire le tout 1 heure en retournant les morceaux de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez la t\u00eate d&#8217;ail en deux. Exprimez la pulpe sur les morceaux de c\u00e9leri.
