S\u00e9parez les bouquets. Faites-les cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps faites revenir les lardons \u00e0 la po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les brocolis. Passez-les sous l&#8217;eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson.<br>\u00c9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez la ricotta dans une jatte. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Poivrez.<br>Battez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0 C (th-6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez les brocolis et les lardons dans des cassolettes individuelles.<br>R\u00e9partissez ensuite le m\u00e9lange ricotta et cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br>Couvrez d&#8217;une feuille d&#8217;aluminium m\u00e9nager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 12 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage:<\/strong><br>Une fois les cassolettes sorties du four \u00f4tez les feuilles d&#8217;aluminium m\u00e9nager.<br>D\u00e9corez avec des brins d&#8217;estragon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breuvage:<\/strong><br>Coteau d&#8217;Aix (Provence)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><br>Mettez une peu de bicarbonate de soude dans l&#8217;eau de cuisson.<br>Ce dernier a pour vertu de fixer la chlorophylle des l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne voulez pas que vos lardons br\u00fblent et \u00e0 moins de les surveiller constamment pensez \u00e0 les blanchir 2 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9dacteur Jack Nombre de parts: 6Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutesTemps de cuisson: 20 minutes Ingr\u00e9dients:1,2 kg de brocoli250 g de lardons fum\u00e9s200 g de ricotta20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquideDes brins d&#8217;estragonSel et poivre Pr\u00e9paration:Lavez les brocolis.
