Taillez les en b\u00e2tonnets de 4 cm de long et d&#8217;1\/2 cm de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites les suer \u00e0 feu doux dans un m\u00e9lange beurre et sucre.<br>Salez. Ajoutez la noix de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Versez 50 cl d&#8217;eau.<br>Faites cuire 25 minutes \u00e0 couvert et \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin de cuisson faites r\u00e9duire en augmentant la puissance du feu.<br>Ajoutez le jus de citron et la cr\u00e8me.
