Coupez les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pressez le jus d&#8217;un orange. Pelez \u00e0 vif les deux autres.<br>S\u00e9parez les quartiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&#8217;oignon en fines rondelles. Ajoutez le aux betteraves.<br>Saupoudrez de cannelle. M\u00e9langez. Ajoutez le jus d&#8217;orange et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<br>Salez et poivrez.
