Fouetter. Ajouter le jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf<br>Fouetter encore. Verser la farine et la levure en les tamisant<br>Saler et fouetter encore quelques secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une bassine. Plonger les courgettes avec leur fleur dans la p\u00e2te et aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s dans la friture.
