Rafra\u00eechissez-les.<br>Coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidez le centre avec une petite cuill\u00e8re. Laissez 1 cm de pulpe sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez en d\u00e9s la pulpe pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez l&#8217;ail et les oignons. \u00c9mincez les finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fendez les poivrons. \u00d4tez les graines et les parties blanches.<br>Rincez les. Coupez le poivron vert en fines lani\u00e8res et le rouge en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coupez le piment par le p\u00e9doncule. \u00d4tez les graines.<br>Rincez le. D\u00e9coupez en fines rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mondez les tomates. \u00d4tez les graines. Hachez la chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites dorer les pignons \u00e0 la po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale. Faites revenir ail et oignons 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les d\u00e9s d&#8217;aubergines, les lani\u00e8res de poivrons et le anneaux de piment.<br>Couvrez. Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux 5 minutes en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<br>Incorporez les d\u00e9s de poivron rouge, les tomates et les pignons.<br>Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez origan et persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (th 6\/7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un plat allant au four. Remplissez les aubergines de farce.<br>Disposez les dans le plat.
