D\u00e9taillez le lard en lardons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites chauffer le saindoux dans une sauteuse et faites y revenir les lardons \u00e0 feu vif.<br>Ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes, sauf les betteraves.<br>Faites-les \u00e9tuver quelques instant et ajoutez la bi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
