Passez les au robot pour les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9pluchez les carottes. Taillez les en rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9pluchez les oignons. Taillez les en rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites les revenir au beurre sans coloration.<br>Ajoutez la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9trilles.<br>Faites rougir \u00e0 feu moyen tout en remuant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flambez. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Mouillez avec le fumet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ecumez. Ajoutez le bouquet garni.<br>Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire 25 minutes. Passez au chinois (passoire fine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la soupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez le tapioca. Faite cuire \u00e0 feux doux jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tapioca soit cuit.<br>Remuez de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement.
