Pelez et hachez les oignons. D\u00e9taillez le blanc du poireau en d\u00e9s.<br>Pelez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une cocotte \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais faites revenir les lardons dans du beurre.<br>Ajoutez les oignons et faites les revenir \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mouillez avec le bouillon. Ajoutez les haricots, le poireau, la feuille de laurier, les clous de girofle et la sarriette.
