D\u00e9cortiquez les crevettes.<br>Effeuillez la citronnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d4tez la calotte de la citrouille.<br>Retirez les filaments et pr\u00e9levez la chair de la citrouille en faisant attention pour conserver une certaine \u00e9paisseur afin d\u2019utiliser la citrouille comme soupi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez la chair de la citrouille en d\u00e9s. Arrosez le de jus de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilez ensemble les crevettes, les \u00e9chalotes, les piments et le beurre d\u2019anchois.<br>Ajoutez un peu d&#8217;eau afin d&#8217;obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez la cr\u00e8me de coco dans une casserole. Ajoutez la p\u00e2te de crevettes.<br>Fouettez le tout et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baissez le feu et laissez mijoter 10 minutes. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me de coco et 50 cl d&#8217;eau. Salez et poivrez. Couvrez et laissez mijoter 10 minutes.
