Couvrez d&#8217;eau froide et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Au bout de 5 minutes \u00e9gouttez le lard, \u00e9pongez-le et coupez-le en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un faitout, \u00e0 feu moyen, mettez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et les d\u00e9s de lard.<br>Laissez blondir quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Epluchez et coupez carottes, navets, poireaux, pommes de terre et c\u00e9leri.<br>Ajoutez les dans le faitout. Remuez et mouillez avec 1,5 litre d&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez l&#8217;ail, le thym et le laurier.
