D\u00e9coquillez les palourdes, lavez-les.<br>D\u00e9cortiquez les crevettes et coupez les en deux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelez les pommes de terre, et d\u00e9taillez les en cubes.<br>Pelez et hachez l&#8217;oignon rouge. Pelez et hachez l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile au fond d&#8217;une casserole.<br>Faites y revenir les oignons, l&#8217;ail et les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez le bouillon et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Baissez le feu, couvrez et laissez cuire 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez les p\u00e9toncles, les crevettes et les palourdes. M\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporez le lait et la cr\u00e8me. Laissez mijoter 7 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirez du feu et laissez reposer 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battez les \u0153ufs et ajoutez-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration tout en m\u00e9langeant.<br>Salez et poivrez.
