Les faire suer dans une marmite avec la moiti\u00e9 du beurre sans les faire colorer. Faire suer 300 g de navets nouveaux \u00e9minc\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps que les poireaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mouiller ensuite avec le fond blanc ou l&#8217;eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Ajouter les pommes de terre, saler, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passer ensuite au mixer puis au chinois. Beurrer et cr\u00e9mer<br>Rectifier l&#8217;assaisonnement. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dressage\u00a0:<\/strong><br>La garniture se compose de petits pois frais et julienne de poireau \u00e9tuv\u00e9s au beurre.<br>Parsemer de pluches de cerfeuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mouiller ensuite avec le fond blanc ou l&#8217;eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Ajouter les pommes de terre, saler, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passer ensuite au mixer puis au chinois.
