{"id":5590,"date":"2022-04-11T10:12:47","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T08:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5590"},"modified":"2022-04-11T10:12:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T08:12:47","slug":"filets-de-canard-au-vin-de-bordeaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/11\/filets-de-canard-au-vin-de-bordeaux\/","title":{"rendered":"Filets de canard au vin de Bordeaux"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9dacteur Terry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour 4 personnes:4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>:<br>4 beaux filets de canard<br>50 g de lard fum\u00e9<br>1\/2 l de bordeaux<br>1 cube de bouillon de volaille<br>2 gros oignons<br>2 gousses d&#8217;ail<br>2 carottes<br>1 branche de c\u00e9leri<br>4 pommes de terre<br>2 cuiller \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<br>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe de farine<br>4 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>sel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>:<br>Peler les oignons et les \u00e9mincer.<br>Couper les carottes et le c\u00e9leri en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9plucher les pommes de terre, les laver et les couper en petits cubes.<br>D\u00e9tailler le lard en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec un couteau tranchant, inciser les filets de canard.<br>Saler et poivrer mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chauffer 1\/2 cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale et cuire les filets une dizaine de minutes.<br>R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la po\u00eale de cuisson de la viande ajouter les d\u00e9s de lard et de pommes de terre.<br>Faire cuire 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps mettre 1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une petite casserole pour \u00e9tuver les l\u00e9gumes.<br>Presser l&#8217;ail sur le tout et ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9layer le cube de bouillon dans 4 cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau chaude.
