{"id":5534,"date":"2022-04-11T09:47:34","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T07:47:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5534"},"modified":"2022-04-11T09:47:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T07:47:34","slug":"tajine-de-lapin-au-sesame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/11\/tajine-de-lapin-au-sesame\/","title":{"rendered":"Tajine de lapin au s\u00e9same"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9dacteur Jack<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recette tunisienne<br>Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 1h 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>:<br>4 cuisses de lapin<br>1kg de tomates<br>3 \u00e9chalotes<br>3 carottes coup\u00e9es en rondelles<br>1 branche de c\u00e9leri<br>1 gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e<br>6 feuilles de basilic<br>6 feuilles de sauge<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel d\u2019acacia<br>1 verre de bouillon de volaille<br>1 branche de thym<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pignons de pin<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de s\u00e9same<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment d\u2019Espelette<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle moulue<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika<br>1 pointe de safran<br>10 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra vierge<br>Sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>:<br>Pelez, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez et concassez les tomates.<br>Pelez et hachez les \u00e9chalotes.<br>Pelez et \u00e9crasez l&#8217;ail.<br>Pelez les carottes et coupez les en rondelles.<br>Pelez la branche de c\u00e9leri et coupez la en tron\u00e7ons de 1 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez la moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une casserole et faites la chauffer.<br>Faites y revenir les tomates pendant 4 minutes.<br>Ajoutez le miel et la cannelle.<br>Faites r\u00e9duire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 rendre la pr\u00e9paration s\u00e8che.
