{"id":5515,"date":"2022-04-11T09:37:29","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T07:37:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5515"},"modified":"2022-04-11T09:37:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T07:37:29","slug":"lapin-au-vin-et-aux-epices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/11\/lapin-au-vin-et-aux-epices\/","title":{"rendered":"Lapin au vin et aux \u00e9pices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9dacteur Terry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20<br>Temps de cuisson: 35 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>:<br>1 lapin d&#8217;environ 2 Kg en morceaux<br>100 g de lard<br>1 verre de vin blanc doux<br>1 cube ou 2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<br>100 g d&#8217;\u00e9chalotes<br>100 g de petites pommes de terre nouvelles<br>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de farine<br>100 g de beurre<br>1 brin de persil<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre de Cayenne<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de paprika<br>sel et poivre fra\u00eechement moulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>:<br>Saler et poivrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les morceaux de lapin puis les tourner dans la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre la moiti\u00e9 du beurre dans une sauteuse et brunir les morceaux de lapin.<br>Retirer la sauteuse du feu. Saupoudrer le lapin de poivre de Cayenne et de paprika puis arroser de vin blanc.<br>Remettre la sauteuse sur le feu et laisser cuire environ 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un po\u00ealon, porter 1\/4 de l d&#8217;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, y d\u00e9layer le cube ou la poudre de bouillon, puis verser dans la sauteuse.<br>Laisser mijoter 10 minutes \u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peler les \u00e9chalotes et les hacher.<br>D\u00e9tailler le lard en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre le reste du beurre dans une petite po\u00eale et faire revenir le lard, ajouter les \u00e9chalotes et laisser mijoter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire les pommes de terre sans les \u00e9plucher.
