{"id":5485,"date":"2022-04-11T08:45:47","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T06:45:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5485"},"modified":"2022-04-11T08:45:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T06:45:47","slug":"aigo-boulido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/11\/aigo-boulido\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u00efgo boulido"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9dacteur goose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soupe Proven\u00e7ale traditionnelle \u00e0 l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nombre de parts : 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 15 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson : 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>1 belle t\u00eate d&#8217;ail + 2 ou 3 gousses<br>3 jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs<br>1 verre d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>1 verre de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br>Quelques feuilles de sauge<br>2 branches de thym<br>2 feuilles de laurier<br>6 tranches de pain de campagne<br>Sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>D\u00e9monter la t\u00eate d&#8217;ail et, sans \u00e9plucher les gousses, les \u00e9craser avec le plat d&#8217;un couteau ou d&#8217;un hachoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les placer dans une casserole et couvrir de deux litres d&#8217;eau.<br>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, saler et poivrer et ajouter thym, sauge et laurier.<br>Cuire doucement pendant 20\/25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, sous le grill du four, faire doucement griller sur les deux faces, les tranches de pain de campagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les frotter ensuite avec les gousses d&#8217;ail restantes.<br>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pinceau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, les badigeonner d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette op\u00e9ration termin\u00e9e, verser le reste d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans la soupe en train de cuire et placer une tranche de pain grill\u00e9 dans chaque assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour finir, s\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs, mettre les jaunes dans la soupi\u00e8re et les m\u00e9langer avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dressage\u00a0:<\/strong><br>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une passoire fine, filtrer la soupe dans la soupi\u00e8re , m\u00e9langer et servir rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Breuvage\u00a0:<\/strong><br>Coteau d&#8217;Aix (Provence)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notes\u00a0:<\/strong><br>Bien que les convenances veuillent que l&#8217;on ne boive pas en mangeant de la soupe, un ros\u00e9 de Provence s&#8217;impose avec, ou juste apr\u00e8s cette soupe traditionnelle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9dacteur goose Soupe Proven\u00e7ale traditionnelle \u00e0 l&#8217;ail.
